Booking a Colonic and Sauna is effortless with our online booking system, please see below available treatment options and pricing.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
It is imperative you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if it is your first visit with us. You will need to fill out a New Client form.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions you must arrive to your appointment ALONE as the clinic can only accomodate 4 people at a time incl staff. This unfortunately includes children. If you are unable to come alone we ask kindly that your support person waits outside or in your car.
If you would like to book a Colonic and Sauna combo pack at a discounted rate of $160, please book your Colonic first then choose the "Sauna before/after combo" service under the Sauna category in the time slot you prefer.
Once you have booked your appointment and paid a deposit, an email with preparation details, address and FAQs will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email will also be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
A deposit must be paid to secure your booking (either through PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). You can pay the remainder in cash, bank transfer or eftpos upon completion of your colonic (Eftpos transactions do incur a small 1.9 % fee). There will be NO REFUNDS once your deposit is paid however your appointment can be rescheduled within a certain time frame without the deposit being lost (see below). We allow for a maximum of 2 reschedules.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR A SINGLE SESSION USING ZIP OR AFTERPAY: This will need to be done manually. Please contact Jaya on 0404 300 765 or email to organise.
Though we endeavour to stick to appointment times, due to the nature of the human body, please allow some grace if your therapist is running late and allow plenty of time to accomodate.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit and your payment will not be returned AND YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR SESSION. Please allow plenty of time to take into account traffic, mishaps etc.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel and/or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. Your deposit will be lost and WILL NOT BE RETURNED. FULL payment is due if cancelled within 12 hours. Missed appointments will be charged the remainder of the session. Please also note, if you are late and we are able to treat you, your treatment may be shortened however you will still be charged full price.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please do not be disappointed when it is enforced.
