Cancellation/T&C's Policy:

 

After booking your appointment, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment without facing any penalties, kindly contact the clinic within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do it for you. However, if you happen to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 24-hour timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will have to rebook online if you would like to book another appointment. 

 

It is important to note that cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment will not only result in a lost deposit, but you will also owe the remainder of the session. Additionally, there is a maximum of two reschedules allowed. 

 

In the event of a missed appointment or no-show, you will be charged the full price, and payment will be added when you rebook or a message will be sent to you with payment details. Please keep in mind that if you happen to be late, your treatment may be shortened, but you will still be charged the full price.

Please also note: If on the day you decide to not go ahead with the treatment due to being nervous or anxious, or we are unable to proceed due to inflamed haemorrhoids (that you have not disclosed) or for any other reason - you will lose your deposit and are still liable to pay for the session even if the treatment did not go ahead.

Eligibility Policies:

 

Colon Hydrotherapy

By proceeding with a Colon Hydrotherapy booking, you confirm that you do not have, and have not recently had, any of the following conditions:

 

- Recent abdominal or rectal surgery (within the past 12 weeks)

- Crohn's Disease

- Diverticulitis

- Ulcerative Colitis

- Kidney disease

- Heart conditions

- Currently undergoing chemotherapy

- Colon cancer

- History of colectomy or bowel resection

- Bowel perforation

- Inflamed, painful haemorrhoids

- Anal fissures

- Anal fistulas

 

You also confirm that you:

 

- Are not currently pregnant (first trimester)

- Are able to get on and off a treatment bed (similar to a massage table) without assistance

- Are over 18 years of age

 

Colonics Sydney reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

 

While the Woods Gravity Method of Colon Hydrotherapy is considered a gentle, low risk procedure when facilitated by a trained therapist, all treatments carry some level of risk. Possible temporary effects may include sensitivity, fatigue, nausea, or mild discomfort following treatment.

 

By proceeding you confirm that:

 

- You have provided accurate and complete health information

- You understand the nature of the treatment and associated risks

- You accept responsibility for your participation

 

If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided and treatment cannot proceed, the session may still be charged in full.

Massage Services

​

By proceeding with a massage booking, you confirm that you are suitable to receive massage therapy, including relaxation massage and lymphatic drainage massage.

You confirm that you do not have, and have not recently had, any of the following conditions:

- Fever, infection, or contagious illness
- Acute inflammation or injury
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clots
- Severe cardiovascular conditions
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Active cancer (unless medically approved)
- Recent surgery (within the past 6–12 weeks, depending on procedure)
- Open wounds, skin infections, or contagious skin conditions
- Severe varicose veins (in affected areas)

For lymphatic drainage massage specifically, you also confirm that you do not have:

- Untreated cardiac conditions
- Kidney failure or severe renal impairment
- Active infection or inflammation in the lymphatic system

You also confirm that you:

- Are not currently experiencing any condition that would make massage unsafe
- Have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and medications
- Will inform your therapist of any discomfort during treatment

Colonics Sydney reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

While massage therapy is generally safe and beneficial, some temporary effects may occur, including soreness, fatigue, or mild discomfort.
